Known as Local 4182 the Crowley Firefighter's Association represents the line Firefighters and EMS personnel in the field and on the street that work for the Crowley Fire Department. The purpose of this local is to be the collective voice of these Firefighter/Paramedics. Crowley Firefighters Association works with both the fire department administration and city administration on issues dealing with staffing levels, equipment needs, training, and Firefighter/EMT/Paramedic compensation and benefits. Looking towards the future L4182 hopes to continue this open dialogue and maintain the effort of fielding and retaining one of the finest fire departments in all of North Texas. It is also our mission to assist YOU, the citizens we proudly serve in keeping up with all information as it relates to your public safety department, in regards to the most up to date training, equipment, and to answer any questions you may have from the point of view of the men and women out in the field making contact with our citizens in their time of need.
